1. General Terms:

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By using MACA Mudcrab’s website, you agree to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

1.2. Website Use: You may use our website for lawful purposes only and must not use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. Orders and Product Additions:

2.1. Minimum Order: The minimum order for live mudcrabs is 5 kilograms (5kgs) before freight charges.

2.2. Cancellations: No cancellations are allowed once an order is placed. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before confirming the purchase.

2.3. Additional Product Request: If you wish to add products below 5kgs to your order before freight charges, please send an email to admin@macaseafoods.com.au with your request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and additional payment will be required for the requested products.

2.4. Refunds for Weight Difference: Customers will be charged based on the maximum weight of the mudcrabs and the added products. Once the order is packed and the final weight is calculated.  

3. Payment and Pricing:

3.1. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment through secure online payment portals and designated payment methods only.

3.2. Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in the local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Quality Assurance:

4.1. Live Mud crabs: We take utmost care to ensure that our mud crabs are delivered live and in good condition. When purchasing from MACA Mudcrab, you are buying live mud crabs intended for culinary consumption. As live seafood, mud crabs may exhibit natural variations in size, colour, and appearance, which are normal and do not affect their quality or edibility.

4.2. Damage During Air Transport/Freight: MACA Mud crab will take responsibility for any damage to the product that occurs during air transport/freight up until the point of delivery to the designated freight depot. If you encounter any issues with the delivered product, please notify us immediately with supporting evidence, such as photographs, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

However, once the mud crabs are in the possession of the freight providers and have been delivered to the designated freight depot, MACA Mudcrab rescinds all responsibility for any damages or losses that may occur during further transportation or handling by the freight provider.

5. Disclaimer of Liability:

5.1. MACA Mudcrab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our website or services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MACA Mudcrab operates.

6.2. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

7.1. MACA Mudcrab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
